To get to the courthouse by car from Nassau County, you can take the Long Island Expressway, Southern State Parkway or Northern State Parkway into Central Islip. The courthouse facility is located just off Spur Drive North.

By rail, the Long Island Railroad (LIRR) provides service to the Central Islip Station on the Ronkonkoma line. Suffolk County Transit buses leave twice every hour from the train station to the courthouse, which is located a little more than two miles away. Taxis are also available at the station.
