2018 Scholarship Winners

Our firm was thrilled to have many entries to our scholarship contest this year. Applicants were asked to answer this question with their choice of a written or video entry:

Should student loan debt be discharged during bankruptcy?

While we would love to be able to offer our scholarship to everyone who applied, we could only choose two winners. Those winners are:Schwarz Scholarship Winners 2018

1st Place: $1,000
Irie Sauceda-Lindsey

Irie is from Denver, Colorado. Her interests include dancing, drawing, sports, and playing video games. She is studying photography at Colorado State University, with a goal of earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts. She also hopes to open a photography studio in the future.

2nd Place: $500
Brittany Miller

Brittany is from Kenosha, Wisconsin and her interests include reading, listening to music, and watching videos. At Carroll University she is planning to study psychology with a pre-law track and potentially with a criminal justice minor. Her main aspiration is to become a forensic psychologist and hopes to attend graduate school to do so.
